Institutional Development Plan (IDP)

The Hindupat Institute of Teacher Training is committed to continuous improvement and development. Our Institutional Development Plan outlines our strategic vision for growth and excellence in teacher education.

Current Status:

HITT is a co-educational institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Jiwaji University, Gwalior and Madhya Pradesh Board, Bhopal. Established in 2014, the institute has been providing quality teacher education to improve the overall educational system.

Infrastructure Development:

The institute has good infrastructure, including well-structured buildings; subject-specific tools and laboratories; well-furnished classrooms; and an ICT lab. We continuously upgrade our facilities to meet the evolving needs of teacher education.

Future Plans:

In its continuous pursuit of the upliftment of rural Indian society, the institute plans to open other professional degrees such as M.ED, G.N.M and Paramedical Courses.

Collaborations:

HITT collaborates with specialists from Columbia University in New York City to enhance our teacher training programme. The institute has taken up several activities in collaboration with researchers from Columbia University in conducting intensive training programs for teachers.

Research and Development:

All the members of the Faculty are involved in research work and also participate in Seminars/ Workshop and Orientation Programs. The institute encourages research activities and innovative teaching practices.
