Fee Refund Policy
Hindupat Institute of Teacher Training maintains a transparent and fair fee refund policy as per regulatory requirements and institutional guidelines.
Refund Eligibility
Fee refunds are considered in the following cases:
- Admission cancellation before program commencement
- Withdrawal from program within specified time period
- Admission cancellation due to non-eligibility
- Other valid reasons as per policy
Refund Rules
Before Program Commencement
- Full refund (minus processing charges) if cancellation is made before program commencement
- Application and processing fees are non-refundable
- Refund must be requested in writing
After Program Commencement
- Refund eligibility depends on withdrawal date and program policies
- Partial refund may be considered based on program duration and fees paid
- Refund calculation as per institutional policy
Refund Process
- Submit written refund request to finance office
- Attach necessary documents (admission confirmation, fee receipt, etc.)
- Verification and processing
- Refund approval
- Refund processing through original payment method
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 30-45 days from the date of approval, depending on payment method and verification process.
