Hindupat Institute of Teacher Training has a dedicated Student Grievance Redressal mechanism to address and resolve student concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair, timely, and effective manner.

Our Grievance Redressal Committee includes:

- Faculty representatives
- Student representatives
- Administrative staff
- External members (where applicable)

- Academic matters
- Examination and assessment
- Fee and financial matters
- Infrastructure and facilities
- Hostel and accommodation
- Discrimination or harassment
- Administrative issues

Grievance Submission
Students can submit grievances through:
- Online grievance portal (where available)
- Written application to Grievance Committee
- Email to grievance office
- Direct contact with grievance committee members
- Student representatives
Grievance Process
- Submission of grievance in writing
- Acknowledgment and registration
- Preliminary inquiry and investigation
- Hearing and discussion
- Decision and resolution
- Implementation of resolution
- Follow-up and closure
Timeline
We aim to resolve grievances within:
- Simple matters: 7-15 days
- Complex matters: 15-30 days
- Complaints requiring detailed investigation: 30-45 days
Confidentiality
All grievances are handled with confidentiality. Students can report grievances without fear of reprisal or discrimination.
Appeal
If students are not satisfied with the resolution, they can appeal to higher authorities as per institutional policy.
